Eerie face image..

One night while I was waiting for my mom to get ready so we could go out to a local casino, I happened to look up at the kitchen wall.  I then noticed a strange image staring down at me.  I kept looking since I didn't believe what I was seeing.  It was a face that appeared on our kitchen wall.  I've lived in the house for many years and never noticed this before.  It looked like a female face wearing some kind of head covering, maybe a hood or a scarf like the east Indian women wear. 

Someone on another website said it kind of looked like the Virgin Mary or Mother Theresa.  There is a slight similiarity but it really looks like the face of an average person that is smiling at you.  I don't know if this is a result of what is called matrixing or if it is truly a face that has appeared.  It could also be the design of the wood grain playing tricks on the eyes but I've never noticed this face before this.    It is very eerie and fascinating to look at.  Maybe someone out there has an opinion about this.  Here is the image, what do you think?
